Mochi is the traditional dessert of Japan and is sometimes called "Japanese Delight". It is made with beaten rice dough and is 100% handmade which means it takes much effort and time to make. With one kind of mochi that is made with mochi dough, has coconut flavor, and is covered with chocolate, and six kinds of mochi that are made with ice cream filling and covered with mochi dough we have 7 kinds of mochi in total. Ice cream-filled mochis are; Mango, Strawberry, Coconut, Vanilla, Chocolate, Matcha.
